Review: The Long Goodbye

Director: Robert Altman
Year: 1973
Score: 6.5/10

Not bad Altman film that plays with the conventions of the private eye genre. At its best it comes across as satire and at its worst it’s merely humdrum. Elliott Gould is decent in the lead role. Blink and you may miss a young Arnold Schwarzenegger playing a henchman.
